Kunagi ammu lugesin ma ühte lullat, et kui piibus on tubakat, siis ümritsevad sind suitsupilved... aga kui tubakas otsa saab, kaob ka suits.

Ma ei usu, et sinusugune kraakleja sellest midagi mõistab, sest sa ei mõista isegi seda, mida sa ise kirja panid: “nuuh ja mida teha kui mul on - armastus - krabiseva ja kõliseva ehk raha vastu.”

Sul on armastus raha vastu, milleks teile kahele on vaja kedagi kolmandat?

We are not in Estonia now. We are not in Võrumaa either. We are in Oandi.
Every primary nation can have only one true home, one true faith and one true language. These three were surrounding the soul of race during its formation. The soul of every primary nation has stayed true, sparkling in its perfection and shining out culture for future.
It is hard to say, how many primary nations are there in the world. These are nations who never have perverted their soul of race. Fatally they stay in minority, they are replaced by secondary nations having no soul of race due to assimilation of the culture. The secondary nations are unstable, sooner or later they are to be assimilated by some of the primary nations.
The Estonian people is surely not a primary nation. The võru people (South Uganians) obviously is.
The assimilation of the Estonians is fatal. The South Uganians may survive.
The secondary nations need a conventional authority ruling them; nowadays it is a democratic national and international system of law. For the primary nations such a kind of authority is completely unacceptable. The soul of race is dictating them a fatal system of values, lying over all human conventions. The primary nature, ancestors and primary gods are inseparable components of race’s soul. The ecological crisis is a sign of dissipation of the race’s soul of the Europeans.
The race’s soul of the Uganians need at least the minimal configuration to survive, that one it was surrounded by during its birth:

a certain small piece of land in Southeast Estonia. That will be the Ugandi Kingdom.
consuetude, common law and feudal law, to protect the nation from external enemies.
faith in Land, Forest and Thor.
Everything that has been added to these during the times may survive; everything opposing them is to be destroyed. So the Free Theocratic Kingdom of Oandi will be created.

Borders.

They serve as the borders of Oandi:
North - Emajõgi
South and East - the Finno-Ugric language border as in about 9500 (1200 AD.)
West - Võrtsjärv, Väike Emajõgi and the boundaries of South Oandi language.
The minimal sets of borders are:
East - the State Border of the Estonian Republic.
West - the boundaries of Rõngu and Sangaste parishes as in 10153 (1940 AD.)
The layout of the exact border will be decided by the armed forces.
The small states of Jogentagana, Mõhu and Vaiga (Nurmekund) bounded in Tartumaa as in 10153 (1940 AD:) can survive as independent vassal states or their lot will be decided by the armed forces.

Ruling

Language
The common language is South-Uganian. There is no official written language. The use of Estonian is restricted by law. The priests and nobles will use Balto-Finnic Primary Language being reconstructed.
Capital
The capital of Oandi will be Tarbatu or Otepää. The residence of the King will be Otepää, the residence of the Arch priest will be Tarbatu.
So-called Võru town will be eliminated as it is inconceivable to persist it on the holy river. The size of the other towns will be limited up to reasonable size (about 1000-5000 inhabitants).
Economy
All kinds of broad agriculture will be stopped. The fields and other kinds of culture land (towns and highways included) are not to be allowed more than 10% of the total territory of Oandi. The industrial enterprises can work only if they accept the power of the King and priests, do not pollute environment and do not import European culture.
The number of inhabitants will be reduced by 80%

Power

King
The power of King is unlimited. The priests are the only ones having inviolability of personal liberty even before King. Without the priests' consecration the King has no power.
Public meetings
The local and state affairs, as far as unconcerned by the King, are decided in public meetings democratically. There are no permanently working institutions. After the death of the King the new King will be elected on a meeting held by local chiefs and higher priests.
Aristocracy
The aristocracy consists of peerage and gentry.
Gentry consists of clan chiefs. The position of gentry depends only on the wealth of clan and has no special privileges. This is the gentry who makes political decisions consulting the public meeting, and later on controls the execution.
Peerage will be formed from the King’s court and the gentry working for the King. This kind of nobility is hereditary and cannot be disinherited. The title is given by the King and the higher priests during a special ritual. The peerage must live in Tarbatu or Otepää. That is the only rank of people to be allowed to own land, limited by the priests.

Law and order

Main
A human life is not a value.
The main legal standard besides the King’s will will be consuetude. Slave trade and human sacrifice will be allowed. Blood feud will be held in respect.
Legal protection
The execution of the Royal power is carried out by the armed forces consisting of mercenary and country armies.
The frontier guard and inviolability of personal liberty of the foreigners are decided in every special occasion. Without a namely safe conduct every foreigner may be killed. There are no more documents. The priests are protected by insignia.
Religion
The original Finno-Ugric faith will be restored.
Religious liberty is allowed so far as it does not threaten the main religion. Besides the original religion there is the ancient one, that is grown out of the primary religion. This is the religion of the King and the army, also of the peerage.
The Christian church will be stopped by power.

Väikese muti tore sõber oli hall hiireke. Nad mängisid koos iga päev.
Kuid ühel hommikul ei vastanud väikese muti hüüde peale mitte keegi. Hiireauk oli lausa tumm.
“Mis on lahti?” mõtles väike mutt.
“Kõige hullem asi maailmas on haigus,” mõtles väike mutt. “Ma oleksin parema meelega ise haige.”

Ta küsis nõu vanalt targalt öökullilt.
“Hiirekese teeb terveks üksainuke lill, mille nimi on Matricaria Chamomilla .” Ütles ning lendas minema.
“Nii kummalise nimega lille meil küll ei kasva.
Ei metsas,
ei aasa peal,
ega oja ääres.
Selle järele tuleb sul, väike mutt, kuhugi kaugele sõita!” otsustasid loomad üheskoos.
Väike mutt käis läbi terve maailma, aga nii haruldast lille ei leidnud kusagilt.

Kurvalt jõudis ta koju tagasi.
“Ja mis lill sinu arvates seal kasvab?” ütles öökull ja osutas tamme alla.
“See või?” See on kõige tavalisem teekummel," irvitas mutt.
“Ma sulle näitan tavalist teekummelit. See on juhuslikult kõikidest ravimtaimedest kõige parem! Tema nimi on ladina keeles Matricaria Chamomilla.”
Nüüd nägi mutt tõepoolest välja nagu oleks ta kuu pealt kukkunud.
Ta noppis terve sületäie kummeliõisi, keetis neist kohe teed ja tõttas ääreni täis kruusiga haige hiirekese juurde.
Hiireke rüüpas korra, rüüpas teist korda- ja kolmandat korda polnud enam vajagi rüübata.
